Coach Up! was founded by Chris LaPara, a Registered Corporate Coach, as the culmination of over 25 years experience in teaching, training, sales, and management. Over that span, Chris has worked for Fortune 500 companies in industries as diverse as telecom, advertising, financial services, as well as private institutions of higher learning. Whether the “client” was an undergraduate, a customer, a direct report, or a trainee Chris’ primary focus has been on directing, assisting, and motivating that client to achieve higher levels of individual and organizational performance . . . and the improved results that come from that performance.
Drawing on the unique combination of a natural ability to teach/train and the acquired skills honed from years of selling, managing, and corporate coaching, Coach Chris evolved the client-centric coaching approach outlined on the other pages of this site.
